In the fashion industry, Rafael has held key positions where he led financial, HR, and commercial management efforts while providing crucial support to production management and the sales team in decision-making and growth strategy. Prior to that, he honed his skills in the Finance department at Johnson & Johnson.
As a valuable member of the CP&KRELL Group, Rafael assumes the responsibility of leading all operational, commercial, finance, and HR functions.
